1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and SUPERING TECHNOLOGY LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company, governing your use of the EngagementDot Chrome browser extension ("Extension") and related services ("Service").

By purchasing a license, installing the Extension, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. License Grant

2.1 One-Time Purchase

Upon payment of the $5 license fee, you receive a lifetime license to use EngagementDot on your devices.

2.2 License Scope

• Single user, multiple devices
• Personal or commercial use
• Non-transferable
• No redistribution or resale

2.3 License Key

You will receive a unique license key via email after purchase. Keep this key safe - you'll need it to activate the extension.

3. Your Responsibilities

3.1 API Keys

You must provide your own API key from one of the supported providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, or xAI). You are responsible for:

• Obtaining and maintaining valid API keys
• All costs associated with API usage
• Compliance with your AI provider's terms of service
• Keeping your API keys secure

3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, sell, or distribute your license key
• Reverse engineer or modify the extension
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to circumvent license validation
• Abuse or overload third-party services

4. Service Availability

4.1 Uptime

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.

4.2 Third-Party Dependencies

The extension relies on third-party services (AI providers, social media platforms). We are not responsible for outages or changes to these services.

4.3 Platform Changes

X (Twitter) and Threads may change their interfaces. We will make reasonable efforts to update the extension, but cannot guarantee compatibility with all future changes.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. If you experience issues, please contact support and we will work to resolve them.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Extension and Service (including all content, code, and design) are owned by SUPERING TECHNOLOGY LLC.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or abuse the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUPERING TECHNOLOGY LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SUPERING TECHNOLOGY LLC from any claims arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We will attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations before pursuing legal remedies.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

13.3 Waiver of Class Actions

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. When we make changes, we will:

• For material changes, send notification to your registered email address

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SUPERING TECHNOLOGY LLC regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
